What You Can Return / Exchange

Time Limits

Damage / Wrong Product: Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and a complete unboxing video.

Unboxing Video Mandatory: Claims for damaged or incorrect products will not be accepted without proper video proof.

Return / Exchange Requests: Must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery.
What We Don’t Accept

Correct Orders: Products that exactly match your order are not eligible for return or exchange.

Late Requests: Requests made outside the specified timelines will not be processed.

Used or Damaged Items: Products that show signs of use, washing, mishandling, or reduced value cannot be returned.
