What You Can Return / Exchange


  • Products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in saleable condition.

  • All items must have original tags, labels, and packaging intact.

  • Complete sets must be returned together.
    Example: Comforters, cushion covers, and pillowcases must be returned as a full set.



Time Limits


  • Damage / Wrong Product: Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and a complete unboxing video.

  • Unboxing Video Mandatory: Claims for damaged or incorrect products will not be accepted without proper video proof.

  • Return / Exchange Requests: Must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery.



What We Don’t Accept


  • Correct Orders: Products that exactly match your order are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Late Requests: Requests made outside the specified timelines will not be processed.

  • Used or Damaged Items: Products that show signs of use, washing, mishandling, or reduced value cannot be returned.



How to Initiate a Return or Exchange


  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  3. Share clear photos of the packed product on the same working day the request is raised.

  4. For damaged or incorrect products, both photos and a complete unboxing video are mandatory.

  5. Requests submitted without the required images or video proof will not be accepted.



Refunds


  • Refunds will be processed only after the return request is approved.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • We reserve the right to reject any return or exchange request that does not meet our policy conditions.

  • Only one return or exchange request per order will be entertained.
